The Lake Sumter SHRM Bucks "Auction" is a fun networking event.  Your participation last year with events, programs, community service, volunteer work, attending a meeting and even renewing your membership as it relates to Human Resources, will earn you points that can be used to bid on a wide variety of items.  The more you have participated, the more points you will earn.  Earned points can be used to bid on multiple Professional Development Vouchers ranging from $50.00 - $100.00. Vouchers can be used towards HR/Risk Management  related conferences, training, and travel expenses relating to the same.  Gift baskets, and other assorted items, donated by Lake Sumter SHRM Board members, will also be available to bid on using your accrued bucks earned from 2023. A completed LSSHRM Bucks form must be completed and emailed to [email protected], prior to the meeting date for verification of bucks earned. The Bucks Auction calculation worksheet is attached below.   Hope to see you there.  Note:  The auction will take the place of our regularly scheduled speaker.
