Gerry founded Personnel Dynamics Consulting in 1999 and today is considered one of the most exciting voices in the field of workforce development and organizational change.  He is a four-time national award winner for initiating new concepts in HR Management within the Wholesale and Distribution industries. He has been recognized by SHRM for his work on the Workforce 2020 program.  His “Best Places to Work” program was one of six recipients recognized by the Society of Human Resource Management with the National Pinnacle Award.  Gerry surveys companies from all business sectors and regions of the US to uncover how employers are reacting to the challenges of today’s talent market.  With this information he can provide his audiences and clients with real-life solutions to the challenges businesses face every day. 

Gerry is a Certified Behavior Analyst for “Predictive Index®” and has been a Partner since 2010. In 2012, he created TurnoverCalculator.com, a website dedicated to educating employers on the costs of losing good employees.  In 2022, he coordinated with FloridaMakes to create the “Employer of Choice” awards recognizing the best employers in the field of manufacturing in Florida.                                                                                         

Gerry conducts Leadership programs throughout United States, on how to create great teams, reduce turnover, and create an effective work culture.  He also volunteers his time teaching business classes to area high schools and several non-profit organizations.
