Kim C. Shaw is a leadership strategist and Chief Learning Officer who helps organizations ignite clarity, strengthen culture, and drive measurable performance outcomes. With over two decades of experience designing and leading enterprise learning and talent strategy, she partners with executive teams and HR leaders to increase retention, elevate leadership capability, and improve organizational performance.
