Presentation
A company’s ethics will determine its reputation. It is a two-way street…the influence goes both ways, which makes understanding the importance of ethics within a business very important. In an environment where organizations are increasingly scrutinized by employees, customers, and the public, ethical decision-making has never been more essential.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learning Objective 1: Highlight the importance of creating and sustaining an ethical workplace culture—from leadership behaviors and communication practices to reporting mechanisms and whistleblower protections.
  • Learning Objective 2: Provide a practical and engaging foundation in business ethics—what it is, why it matters, and how to apply ethical principles in everyday workplace situations.
  • Learning Objective 3: Learn how to recognize ethical dilemmas, evaluate potential risks, and make decisions that align with organizational values and lead with integrity.
